20. I cannot play a DVD movie. How can I resolve this?
With DVD movie titles, the system requires a MPEG-2 decoder module. The module is not available from Microsoft and is included in 3rd-party DVD playback applications. You may need to obtain a playback application that can provide the MPEG-2 decoder.
