24. How can I resolve if the system crashes, freezes, blue screen or burning fail?
> You may try to re-install your OS or burning software > Without the drive connected, if the system doesn't crash. Try to perform the system clean up. > More than one buring software installed may cause problems, because some software replace ASPI driver by their own, which is incompatible to others. Known issues like written CD/DvD is shown as blank or system freezes and blue screen during burning process. It is recommend to install only one burning software for testing, > Use our recommended media, with other media there will be no guarantee to be written correctly and with maximum speed.
